WHERE IT ALL BEGAN
What began as the dream of two friends became a reality called The Hideout Coffeehouse. In 2015 Lindsey Foglesong and Rachel Heinen opened the doors to "The Hideout" on Main Street in Osborne, Kansas. Both coffee drinks and bags of roasted coffee were offered to customers in a renovated storefront. A loyal following of customers was established and both a local and regional demand for their custom-roasted coffee grew.

In 2018 Lindsey took on full ownership of the growing business.
HOW IT'S GOING
Today Lindsey and her husband, Andrew, maintain their storefront in Osborne and manage a thriving retail and wholesale coffee business. Coffee is available by the cup and in bulk for consumers. In addition, Hideout coffee is brewed in coffee shops and can be found on store shelves.
